Role Objective:
The Executive is responsible for accurate and timely execution of day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance support, payroll assistance, receivables and payables processing, and banking operations.
The role ensures that accounting records are complete, reliable, and compliant, and that all finance operations support timely closures, statutory compliance, and internal reporting. While overall ownership of the finance function rests with the Finance Manager and CFO, this role carries direct responsibility for execution accuracy and discipline.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Hands-on experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance support
- Exposure to GST, TDS, and payroll processing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting; professional coursework (CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in IT, SaaS, services, or technology-driven organisations is an advantage
